Day 1 — A Gentle Welcome
From the moment you arrive, leave everyday life behind. At 5:30 pm, begin with a synchronized, enveloping couples massage to release accumulated tension. In the evening, extend your relaxation in the spa: soothing warmth, gentle bubbles, and a soft view prepare you for a deep and restorative night.

Day 2 — Deepening Relaxation and Unwinding
In the morning: do nothing and let go, then gradually move towards a ritual: an infrared sauna to detoxify and oxygenate, followed by time for contemplation on the terrace or simply tossed on the suspended bed—moments of silence that are the essence of the retreat.

Afternoon — Slow Living
Enjoy the pool (May–October) and hammocks for a contemplative nap or simply some "doing nothing" time. A second short infrared sauna session can repair the body through the beneficial repetition of touch, followed by a second couples massage—a key moment when the body finally allows itself to let go and regenerate deeply. The ceremony concludes with a crystal bowl sound bath: a festival of subtle vibrations, inner harmony, and an opening to a memorable evening—a sensory memory that will stay with you long after your departure.
