Lying on the mat, guided by a calm and precise voice, you discover the subtlety of the exercises. Nothing is abrupt; everything is about fluidity and awareness. The trainer gently adjusts your posture, corrects your alignment, and helps you feel the invisible line that connects your breath to your body. Little by little, your deep muscles awaken, your tensions are released, and a new balance is established.
