General conditions of sale
Booking and Payment
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total cost of the
booked night(s). The balance must be paid 15 days prior to your arrival, as we will not have a card terminal on site.
Services ordered (chilled champagne, treatments, massages, private chef, charcuterie board dinner,
wines) will be paid for directly upon your arrival and ONLY in cash so that we can
distribute the payment to each service provider, as we will not have a card terminal (massages, champagne, private chef, charcuterie board, wines, etc.).
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is from 3:30 pm on the day of arrival, and the villa must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
A departure between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm will incur a €200 surcharge.
Capacity and Access
For safety reasons, children, even infants, are not permitted.
IMPORTANT: Smoking is prohibited inside, and pets are not allowed.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation or postponement up to 60 days before arrival.
We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
- Between 60 and 15 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is forfeited.
- Less than 15 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay
is due.
- All requests must be confirmed in writing.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to stays with fixed dates. Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code
Any accidental damage will be charged at the cost of repair by a qualified tradesperson or
replacement with an identical item, plus a rate of €50 per hour for necessary travel.
Security Deposit
The tenant must pay a security deposit of €1000 by credit card authorization no later than 48 hours before receiving the keys. This amount is intended to cover any potential damage to the property, its fixtures, furniture, furnishings, as well as any lost keys or items noted during the check-out inspection. This security deposit will be returned to the tenant within a maximum of 3 days after their departure, after deduction of the costs of necessary repairs or replacements, and any excessive cleaning fees. In case of any issues, the landlord will withhold the security deposit while estimates for repairs are obtained and agrees to justify any withholding with invoices or estimates corresponding to the repairs carried out. Any travel for an estimate or potential repair will be charged at a rate of €50 per hour and €1 per kilometer. If the tenant notices any defects upon moving into the house, they will be notified in writing.
