BOOKING DIRECTLY

If you book directly on our website, we will be pleased to offer you a complimentary Thai oil massage (in a thong) for two people, valued at €260. This offer is valid for any one-week booking confirmed directly through villalao.fr. The complimentary couples massage is for two people and is subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Booking and Payment

Your reservation is confirmed after your payment has been received.

SERVICES

Any services ordered (chilled champagne, spa treatments, massages, private chef, wines) will be paid for directly upon your arrival and ONLY in cash so that we can allocate the cost to each service provider, as we do not have a card terminal.

Couples Massages

Men will be massaged by a therapist trained by Luc Pouget, and simultaneously, women will be massaged either by Luc Pouget or one of his other therapists, depending on availability. If this second option is not possible, we must inform you when booking the Duo massage so we can reserve the therapists in advance. If a treatment is ordered, such as the ZEN Room, we will stack the two bed frames from that room to create the Duo massage tables.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 PM , to be arranged in advance, and the villa must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

A departure between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM will incur a €200 surcharge.

Capacity and Access

MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, Villa LÂO cannot accommodate more than 6 people. Any request for a larger number of guests must have our prior written consent; without this consent, the reservation may be modified, charged at an additional cost, or cancelled.

CHILDREN: For safety reasons, young children are accepted under certain conditions and under the sole responsibility of their parents. If you are coming with children, a barrier will be installed on the terrace before your arrival, but this remains the responsibility of the parents. Access to the pool will be restricted to a height of 1.10 meters, also under the responsibility of the parents, and we will remove the sliding steps.

IMPORTANT: Smoking is prohibited inside, and pets are not allowed.

Cancellation

- Free cancellation or postponement up to 60 days before arrival.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

- Between 60 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of your booking will be refunded.

- Less than 15 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay

is due.

- All requests must be confirmed in writing.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to stays with fixed dates. Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code
Any accidental damage will be charged at the cost of repair by a qualified tradesperson or

replacement with an identical item, plus a charge of €50 per hour for necessary travel.

Security Deposit

The tenant will pay a security deposit of €1000 via bank authorization. This amount is intended to cover any potential damage to the property, its fixtures, furnishings, and belongings, as well as any loss of keys or items noted during the move-out inspection. This security deposit will be released by the bank within 7 to 10 days of the tenant's departure, after deduction of any costs for necessary repairs or replacements, and any excessive cleaning fees. In case of any issues, the landlord will retain the deposit while obtaining repair estimates and agrees to justify any deductions with invoices or estimates corresponding to the repairs carried out. Any travel for an estimate or potential repair will be charged at a rate of €50 per hour and €1 per kilometer. If the tenant notices any poor condition upon moving in, they will be notified in writing. The renter acknowledges and accepts these conditions by signing the contract.

Prohibition of Recording and Broadcasting
"The Tenant and their family or guests are strictly prohibited from making, recording, broadcasting, selling, or authorizing any audiovisual recording (photos, videos, livestreams, sound recordings) for commercial, promotional, or other purposes within or from the premises of Villa LÂO. Any recording made in violation of this prohibition will render the Tenant liable and will be required to compensate the Landlord for all damages incurred. The Landlord reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay and evict the individuals concerned in the event of a breach, without refund."
