Reservation and payment

Your reservation is validated after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the

nights booked. The balance must be paid by bank transfer 48 hours before your arrival as we will not have

no banking terminal on site.

The services ordered (chilled champagne, treatments, massages, home chef, dinner plancha,

aquarelax, wines) will be paid on site upon your arrival and ONLY in cash so that we can

distributions to each service provider. Please prepare your envelope in advance.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and the Villa must be vacated before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Departure between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. incurs a supplement of €200.

Capacity and access

For safety reasons, children, even infants, are not accepted.

IMPORTANT: No smoking inside and no unwanted pets.

Cancelation

- Free cancellation or postponement up to 60 days before arrival.

- Between 60 and 15 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is forfeited.

- Less than 15 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, the entire stay

is due.

- All requests must be confirmed in writing.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to stays with a fixed date. Article L221-28 of the Code

of consumption,

Any accidental damage will be charged at the cost of its repair by a qualified craftsman or a

identical replacement and with a rate of €50 per hour for necessary travel.
